Monique Waters’ transition into motherhood became the catalyst for reimagining how executive officers access and apply strategic communication. Monique, how did your transition into motherhood inspire the creation of this new leader-guided, on-demand model, Commspert?


Developing strategies for clients means I’m always thinking around the corner. Before my transition, I was anticipating shifts in my own availability, energy, and clarity of thought! Preparing for late nights and early mornings  adjusting to motherhood made me reimagine how new clients engage with the process of planning with their communication. Motherhood isn’t the only challenging pivot. Often executive officers have to be nimble and clarity doesn’t come in the moment, I designed Commspert to meet those pivotal moments.
